- Our Poly Laminate Key Tags are printed on a white 10 mil tear-resistant plastic and then over-laminated on both sides with 5 mil or 10 mil clear material. The finished product is either 20 mil or 30 mil thick. The 20 mil thickness material is available in high gloss only, while the 30 mil thickness material is available in high gloss or a matte finish which is ink receptive so that it can be written on with a pen. This material is able to be easily hole punched if needed and offers a very protected imprint since the imprint is fully covered in a layer of plastic, meaning it will not be vulnerable to wear-and-tear caused by friction or scratching.
- If you are looking for a punchable key tag, we recommend the 20 mil thickness, which is easier to punch through with a standard hole punch. The 30 mil thick option is a more durable option if you do not require your key tag to be punchable.
- Digitally printed in full color with your auto dealership or organization's logo or message. Full Color Digital Printing offers a durable full color imprint where there are no limitations of the number of colors. We can even print high resolution photographic images and complex shading patterns.
- Price includes full-color digital imprint on both sides.
- Key rings are not included by default. We can include and apply 1" chrome plated metal key rings for an additional cost.
- Numbering, barcodes, or variable data such as identification number are available for an additional charge. When ordering consecutive numbering, please specify the starting number and your preference for the color of the numbers. These notes can be included in the special instructions box.
