• Embroidery is comprised of stitches of thread, which create a 3-dimensional textured design. There are some limitations with embroidery in terms of intricacy that can be achieved and there are also minimum stroke thicknesses required. The advantage of embroidery is that it provides a very high-end professional appearance. We utilize embroidery on most of our appeal items including polo shirts, button down shirts, fleece, pullovers, jackets, hats, sweaters, and much more. This is the preferred option for most applications within the automotive industry.
• Screen Printing is a physical process whereby ink is transferred to the fabric through a mesh screen. The screen effectively serves as a stencil. Screen printing offers a very durable imprint and allows for the recreation of very complex and intricate logos. We primarily utilize screen printing on t-shirts and sweatshirts, where a high end appearance is not required and cost is the most important concern; Screen printing is more cost-effective compared to embroidery, especially on large designs.
