• Custom Screen Printed Lanyard & USB 2.0 Flash Drives feature a lanyard strap with a built-in USB drive in a removable clip. Lanyards straps offer a convenient way for people to hold their USB drives and are perfect for conferences, orientations, trade shows, meetings, work places, and much more! These USB drives are custom screen printed on the lanyard and/or buckle with your company or organization's brand, name, logo, message, or personalized imprint.
• These USB drives are screen printed with your choice of imprint color(s) on one or two sides of the lanyard and/or one side of the buckle. The default price includes one imprint color on one side of the lanyard. Additional imprint colors/locations are available for an additional charge. Screen printing offers the most cost effective printing option and is the ideal choice for one or two color solid imprints.
• The lanyards are available in 13 vibrant colors. The buckles are only offered in black.
• The lanyards are constructed from Nylon, while the buckle and the USB drives are constructed from plastic.
• Our USB Flash Drives feature Tier 1 grade A chips, all all of which have passed the H2 test, which means they provide the accurate amount of storage space that is advertised/promised.
• The imprint size on the lanyards measures 5.9" x 0.7" and the imprint size on the buckles measure 0.87" x 0.75"
• We offer 11 different storage sizes to meet the needs of almost any application: 128MB, 256MB, 512MB, 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, 16GB, 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB.
• By default, we provide these USB drives with no data loaded onto them, however, for an additional charge, we can preload any type of file(s) and as many files as desired onto the USB drives up to the capacity of the drive you are purchasing. Common preloaded data include include PDF Documents, Software, Audio Files, Video Files, PowerPoint Presentations, and much more! Please email us the files you'd like loaded onto your USB drives to art@mbrmarketing.com. If the files you are submitting are greater than 15MB, please email us the files using a free file sharing service such as DropBox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer.

Ordering Process

New Orders

Please upload your artwork and/or special instructions for your desired imprint when you submit your order. We will contact you if we have any questions or concerns with your artwork before charging your credit card. Once our Art Department determines that your artwork is feasible, we will charge your credit card and prepare a proof, which will be emailed to you for approval.

Repeat Orders

If you are placing an order that is an exact duplication of an imprinted product that we previously produced for you, please enter the details of your previous order in the "Enter Special Instructions" box. In the case of exact reorders, we generally will move directly into production after receiving your order without sending a proof.

Artwork

Logos

We accept Adobe Illustrator vector files including .eps, ai, and pdf, as well as high resolution 300dpi raster files including psd, jpg, tiff, and png. Please convert all fonts to outlines before submitting artwork. If you require small changes to your artwork, we are usually able to make those adjustments at no charge. Our goal is your total satisfaction and we will work with you closely to make sure you are satisfied with the finished product. We will always contact you if our Art Department has any questions or concerns with the submitted artwork. If you have any questions about the feasibility of your desired imprint, please feel free to email us your artwork to review and evaluate before ordering.

Straight Line Text

If your desired imprint is comprised in part or completely of straight line copy, please enter the text, font, and layout preferences in the "Enter Special Instructions" box. Our Art Department will prepare a proof in accordance with your instructions.

Production Time

Production time is 10-15 business days + time in transit after proof approval. If you have a deadline, please contact us before placing the order to determine the feasibility of expediting production.
