Custom Printed Tire Storage Bags

• Our custom printed tire bags are constructed from durable white material which is a blend of polyethylene and metallocene. The added metallocene makes the material softer and therefore more resistant to tears and punctures. The white color of these bags resists sun light to protect the tires.
• The pricing is shown per bag.
• Custom printed in any of our standard imprint colors with your company name, logo, or message using our Flexographic printing press.
• The minimum order quantity is 5 rolls of 250 (1250 bags).
• We offer three standard size/thicknesses of tire bags. If you do not see your desired size/thickness listed, please contact us for a custom quote.
  • Standard Size - 24" x 12" x 40" - 1.0 mil (Rolls of 250).
  • Large Size- 33" x 6" x 44" - 1.0 mil (Rolls of 250).
  • Extra Large Size - 32" x 15" x 48" - 1.25 mil (Rolls of 250). This is our most popular size.
  • Choose your own dimensions, thickness, color, and quantity of bags per roll
• White plastic tire bags hide unsightly dirty tires and totally block chemicals, grease, and grime.
• Using protective covers on tires makes it clear that you value cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Sizing

Our standard tire bag sizes are listed below. We have several different sized-dies and can repeat your logo in the following configurations:

• Logo every 8" - (6 repeats on a 48" tall bag)
• Logo every 12" - (4 repeats on a 48" tall bag)
• Logo every 16" - (3 repeats on a 48" tall bag)
• Logo every 24" - (2 repeats on a 48" tall bag)

Shown in the red box above, this is where your artwork will be placed. The actual printed dimensions of the artwork will be scaled according to the orientation of the artwork.

Ordering Process

New Orders

Please upload your artwork and/or special instructions for your desired imprint when you submit your order. We will contact you if we have any questions or concerns with your artwork before charging your credit card. Once our Art Department determines that your artwork is feasible, we will charge your credit card and prepare a proof, which will be emailed to you for approval.

Repeat Orders

If you are placing an order that is an exact duplication of an imprinted product that we previously produced for you, please enter the details of your previous order in the "Enter Special Instructions" box. In the case of exact reorders, we generally will move directly into production after receiving your order without sending a proof.

Artwork

Logos

We accept Adobe Illustrator vector files including .eps, ai, and pdf, as well as high resolution 300dpi raster files including psd, jpg, tiff, and png. Please convert all fonts to outlines before submitting artwork. If you require small changes to your artwork, we are usually able to make those adjustments at no charge. Our goal is your total satisfaction and we will work with you closely to make sure you are satisfied with the finished product. We will always contact you if our Art Department has any questions or concerns with the submitted artwork. If you have any questions about the feasibility of your desired imprint, please feel free to email us your artwork to review and evaluate before ordering.

Straight Line Text

If your desired imprint is comprised in part or completely of straight line copy, please enter the text, font, and layout preferences in the "Enter Special Instructions" box. Our Art Department will prepare a proof in accordance with your instructions.

Production Time

Production time is 6 weeks + time in transit after proof approval. If you have a deadline, please contact us before placing the order to determine the feasibility of expediting production.
