Customer Contact Log Books
We offer two different varieties of log books that auto dealers can use in their sales department to record encounters with customers.
The "Auto Book" is a pocket-sized spiral bound book that contains 45 sheets where you can record and track interactions with customers. Each sheet has a front side that allows for you to record information about your customer and the vehicle(s) they are interested in. The back side is a sheet to record any information about the customer's trade-in including damage and specifications about the vehicle.
The Today's Ups Log Book is a larger spiral bound book measuring 11" x 17" 50 sheets per book and 20 lines per sheet. This book is used to track walk-in traffic and phone-in traffic. The front page is for recording walk-ins, while the back page is for recording phone calls.
Regardless of which book you prefer, closely monitoring and recording your interactions with customers is extremely important. Later one, when you need to follow up with customers, it helps to have a detailed accounting of the conversations you had with them. Ultimately, these records help close more deals.
