Our USA Wind-Free Feather Flag features a blue field with 50 stars and 13 red/white alternating stripes - It is designs to closely resemble the authentic US flag. Our wind-free father flags feature a fixed end, whereby, the sleeve extends fully to the end of the flag so that the flag remains completely visible even without wind.
